Bellotti's Italian Dining
Bellotti’s was opened in the summer of 2015 by Monica and Ashleigh Bellotti. Our vision was to establish a dining experience in Dubbo, that was worthy of showcasing all of the great produce our region has to offer. In addition, we hoped to offer both locals and travelers alike a modern Italian evening of fine dining and Italian hospitality.
We have sourced the best of what our region has to offer, and work with the following local producers as our food partners; Grassland Poultry (Wellington), Gourmet Goat Lady (Collie), Mother Clucker Eggs (Dubbo), Breakout River Lamb (Cowra), Bourke Street Butchery (Dubbo), Mudgee High Valley Cheese (Mudgee), Outback Lamb (Tullamore).
Furthermore, we have sourced the best of what Italy has to offer, and work very closely with our importer in Sydney to source all of our pizza flour, pasta flour, San Marzano tomatoes, Italian cheeses, San Danielle prosciutto, pure pork salami, Sicilian olives and gelato.
We have recently started a relationship with De Costi Seafoods of Sydney, who now source all of our seafood fresh from sustainable, family owned fisheries and trawlers.
We hope that you enjoy your experience with us, and we will continue to do our very best to complement and promote the evolving food culture in Dubbo and the Great Western Plains.

Bellotti's is open from 6pm to 9:30pm Tuesday to Sunday.
